Step 1: Login to your dashboard


Step 2: Login to the business you wish to send an MMS from







Step 3: On the left hand side click on broadcasts 









Step 4: Click +New Broadcast


Step 5: Create Broadcast

  • Name your broadcast

  • Choose a keyword or leave blank to send to your whole list

  • Choose send now or send later

  • Type message and use merge fields for 

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

    • Redemption Code

    • Business Phone 

    • Business Name

  • Click the image box under message box (File can’t be be more than 5MB)

    • Upload image

    • Upload Gif

    • Upload MP4

    • Upload vCard

  • Click Create
