Step 1: Login to your Agency Dashboard
Step 2: Login to the business you're wanting to setup for notifications for two-way texting
Step 3: Click on Settings
Step 4: You'll be in business information scroll down and on the left you will see New Text Conversation Notification
Step 5: Click on add item
Step 6: Add phone number and email address you want to have notifications sent to and make sure that you have the tab turned to blue this means that the notifications are turned on.
Step 7: Click Save
