How to add different social icons to rewards page

Step 1: Go to sharing within the loops campaign scroll to the bottom to Custom URL and press Add.
Step 2: Create Custom Action
What action would you like your users to take?
Click item icon on the left type in the social icon you'd like to use
Choose the background color you want behind the social icon
Enter URL for where the user will go
Choose how many points they will get for this action
Click Save
