This is great news that you are wanting to start using the new Customer Engine Messaging Provider for all your texting needs. 

All you will need to do is contact us at with the email address that you used to create your customer engine account along with all of the numbers you are wanting to be removed from your account. 

Please keep in mind that you are only wanting to release numbers that you don't actively use on marketing material that you've printed out. 

*Once a number has been released it is automatically taken away from your Twilio account and we have no way to recover that number.
